Redo/Refund Policy

We want you to love your hair and feel confident when you leave our salon! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 14 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment (redo) to address your concerns.
Please note the following:
• Redos must be scheduled within the 14-day window.
• This policy applies only to the original service performed.
• Changes in style or a new look (different from the original consultation) will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
• We do not offer refunds on services. Our goal is always to ensure you leave feeling your best, and we appreciate the opportunity to make it right!
